举报人保护披露

举报不当行为： Any employee or third party associated with 加州大学洛杉矶分校 may 报告 activities they reasonably and in good faith believe to be improper governmental actions (including fiscal improprieties) or conditions that significantly threaten the health or safety of university employees or visitors. 这些披露的目的应是纠正已发现的问题（EO 1115）。

提交投诉: Complaints are encouraged to be submitted to 大学内部审计, which is designated to receive such 报告s, or to the 校长的办公室. 强烈建议使用举报人投诉表格，并尽可能多地提供有关不当活动或健康/安全状况的支持性证据。

提交时间： 投诉应在导致受保护的披露事件发生后的12个日历月内提交，或在投诉人知道或应该知道所称的不当政府活动后的12个日历月内提交。

防止报复： 联邦和州法律以及CSU政策（EO 1116）严格禁止对举报人进行报复。
