LSAMP Application

To be eligible to participate in CSU-LSAMP, a student must meet each of the following criteria: 

1. Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
2. Be enrolled at a participating CSU campus in an undergraduate major in a STEM discipline or have expressed an interest in pursuing a STEM baccalaureate degree.
3. Be an individual interested in pursuing graduate studies or join the workforce in a STEM field outside the health profession degrees or careers.  
4. Be an individual who has faced or faces social, educational, or economic barriers to STEM careers.  

For determination of eligibility, please complete the  CSU-LSAMP Application (SPARA II 2024-2029, Year 2)  application and obtain a copy of your GET Academic Requirements, and email both documents to [email protected]. (You may print the Academic Requirements from GET to PDF or copy-paste into a Word document or make screenshots.) 

Once found eligible, you will be asked to provide us with a professional-style headshot (e.g. high-resolution picture taken with a smart phone) and acknowledge the program details shared with you.
